About Moussa
Moussa Touré is the founder and CEO of Yara. He started the company in 2024 to build the first Fully Autonomous Call Center designed natively for regulated MENA enterprise — voice AI infrastructure that handles inbound and outbound customer calls end-to-end, audit-ready under UAE Insurance Authority and Central Bank cadence.
Before Yara, Moussa built and ran AI consulting and software practices across Europe and the Middle East, working closely with operators in insurance, banking, and hospitality. He has been a public voice on voice AI for regulated industries since 2024, with bylines covering category creation (the Fully Autonomous Call Center), voice commerce, and the regulatory architecture behind sovereign voice infrastructure.
Yara is part of Phase 1 of Sandbox by Oraseya Capital — the early-stage program operated by the corporate venture arm of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). The first customers went live in January 2026 (Hayah Insurance, Resa Mania) with a partnership in place with Visa Intelligent Commerce.
