01 / UNDERSTAND
A conversation. Not a phone tree.
Natural, multilingual voice agents that understand what your customers mean / not just what they say. Context stays with the conversation, even when the language changes.
Nora routes each conversation to the right specialist: Amirah for Pension & Saving, Josefine for Health Insurance, or Jeremy for Life insurance. They share the relevant context, so your customer never has to start again.
Nora understands the request and routes it to Amirah, Josefine or Jeremy. Each specialist receives the relevant context. If the topic changes, Nora can bring in another agent without making the caller start again.

ILLUSTRATIVE CUSTOMER REQUEST
“I have a question about the contributions to my pension plan.”
NORA / AMIRAH
Nora recognises a pension enquiry and routes the conversation to Amirah, with the caller’s question and relevant account context.
Specialists share only the context they are permitted to access. Sensitive actions and decisions follow your human approval rules.
03 / CONNECT
Your systems. Working in concert.
Yara connects to your telephony, CRM and knowledge. It can look up an answer, update a record or complete a booking / inside the systems you already use.
To be understood. To get an answer. To get on with the day.
EVERY POLICY. EVERY PERSON.
Care, when it counts.
Help policyholders navigate inquiries, renewals and claims. Verify identity, access the right information and bring a specialist in when the situation calls for one.
A platform, deployed like a partner. We work with your team from the first use case to the first real conversation.

Yara to your systemsYour systems to Yara
Read only what is needed. Write only what is allowed. Keep the context with every handover.
Systems we can scope with your team / connections depend on API access, permissions and your deployment. These examples do not imply certified or prebuilt connectors.
No. We scope Yara around your existing telephony, CRM and business tools. API access, SIP compatibility and the actions you want to automate determine the connection work.
What happens when a customer needs a person?+
You define the escalation rules. Yara can transfer the call, create a ticket or request a callback, carrying the conversation summary and relevant context with it.
How do multiple agents work together?+
In our insurance example, Nora routes the conversation to Amirah for Pension & Saving, Josefine for Health Insurance or Jeremy for Life insurance. The relevant context travels with the request, so the caller does not need to repeat the story.
Can Yara handle a complex insurance call?+
A scoped workflow can verify the caller, retrieve policy information, collect incident details and prepare a claims case. Coverage decisions, exceptions and sensitive actions can require approval from your team.
What if Yara cannot find a reliable answer?+
We define the permitted sources and fallback behavior during setup. The workflow can ask for clarification, explain that an answer needs checking or route the request to a person.
Which languages can Yara support?+
Language support depends on the voice and language models selected for your deployment. We benchmark the proposed combination against your callers, accents and actual scenarios.
How do you handle data residency and security?+
We scope hosting, access controls, retention and approval requirements with your team. The deployment and model choices are aligned to those requirements before go-live.
Can we control which actions an agent takes?+
Yes. Define the available tools, their permissions and the points that require approval. Start with a narrow set of actions and expand after testing.
How do you measure whether a pilot works?+
Agree on a baseline and success criteria first: task completion, transfer quality, answer accuracy and customer experience. Review transcripts and outcomes together before expanding the scope.
How long does deployment take?+
Timing depends on integration access, the complexity of the workflow and your review process. We map those dependencies during scoping and agree on milestones before the pilot starts.
What happens if a connected system is unavailable?+
We agree on fallback paths in advance, such as a human transfer, a callback request or a queued task. Yara should not confirm an action that the connected system has not completed.
Can we try a focused use case first?+
Yes. Choose one workflow, the relevant systems and a measurable outcome. Book an introduction to discuss the scope, testing, deployment and commercial proposal.
