Evaluation

Evaluate the conversation. Not just the voice.

KNOWLEDGE HUB / INTELLIGENCE IN PRACTICE
1 min read

A practical framework for choosing models against your real customer scenarios.

Start with the job

Write down what a successful conversation needs to accomplish. Include the required information, the action in your business system and the outcome the customer expects.

Test the way customers speak

Use representative scenarios and recordings you are authorized to use. Include accents, interruptions, changing intent, dates, names and the vocabulary of your business.

Measure more than latency

Evaluate comprehension, naturalness, instruction adherence, tool accuracy and stability together. A quick answer that triggers the wrong action is not a successful call.

Repeat as the system evolves

Keep a repeatable evaluation set. Revisit it when models, prompts, knowledge or integrations change, then inspect failures with your team.
